Last Day at SCB

Its finally my last day at SCB!!

I've learned so much throughout these 5 months. So grateful that I got this job. Otherwise, I'll be at home dota-ng all the live long day..

Logged off my PC for the very last time.

I've met with so many people here in SCB. From General managers, to regional managers, to branch managers, to service staff, to part-timers. Practically the whole food-chain of SCB.

And guess where I am at the food-chain..

Swt.

Said my last good-byes to everyone on my floor. Unfortunately I was unable to meet most of my department people because everyone was on leave.

Year end..Holiday Season...

Figures.

Anyways, we had a blast these few months because there were so many part-timers.

Khai Shang looks funny..Lol..

I love this photo! Haha..Chen Ting looks so cute with that umbrella!

Since it was Chen Ting's, Marcuz and also my last day at work. We decided to have a farewell party.
Somehow, we ended up in 1 Utama.

After dinner, Xia Xia suddenly suggested that we go play baseball in 1 Utama.

I was like "Huh???? Baseball? 1 U? ??"

Didn't really believe we could play baseball in 1U.

But we ended up making our way to the rooftop of the new wing.

And There it was!
The Park.

The Posers.

Since we were all students, they charged us RM 40 for 30 minutes.

So, we took turns to try to hit the ball.

After like 1 million tries. I finally managed to whack that ball. How I managed to do it, I have no idea.

When our 30 minutes was up. The machine stopped shooting balls at us ( Meant in the most innocent way , Michelleieeeeee)

But that didn't stop us from cam-whoring.

A bunch of posers (Me included). Haha.. The baseball bat Khai Shang is holding is actually meant for girls (Shorter and lighter) . He looks to happy..lol

The whole SCB gang. (From left : Chen Ting, Edison, Xia, Me, Shang, and Xian)

Someone got the wrong concept of baseball (*Ahem* Edison *Ahem*)
Sigh, there must be at least one picture of my face being blocked by something..

Don't know what I mean?

Read this :

Satisfied with our cam-whore-d pictures, we decided to make our way home.

What happened after that is another story....

Guess Who's Back

I'm finally

From China!!!

I will be blogging on my China trip soon. But the problem is, throughout the 6 day trip, we took more than 1000 photos!

Yes..Alot of sorting for me to do.....

In the mean time, here's a joke for you guys :

Pada satu hari dalam bar terdapat la satu mat rempit minum kat sana. Bila dia habis minum dia pun keluar dari bar tu. Tak sampai 10 saat dia terus masuk kedalam bar itu semula dan menjerit "Siapa hantu yang curi motor aku harr!!!??? Aku tau dia kat sini. Dengar sini, saya akan minum satu lagi cawan air, bila aku keluar semula aku nak tengok motor aku kat sana, kalau tak saya akan buat apa rempit buat, dan saya tak suka buat apa rempit buat, faham!?"

Rempit tu pun pesan satu cawan air, dan bila dia keluar nak tengok motor dia, motor dia pun ada di sana, kat tempat asalnya. Pelayan yang lihat motor dia yang kembali pun tanya dia la 'Aku nak tahu bang, apa yang rempit buat kalau motor hilang?'

Rempit tu pun kata:

Shared Distribution Annual Departmental Dinner

Last night was our Annual Departmental Dinner for my department - Shared Distribution a.k.a Branch Banking at Jogoya Japanese Buffet in Starhill.

The food there was simply DELICIOUS!

I'm quite happy with this photo. Still got loads to learn about photography. Any pointers anyone?

The restaurant was just so big! I felt as if I entered another world the moment I stepped into the restaurant.

They had practically everything! From fresh squid, to snails, to Indian food, fried durian, to fresh sashimi.

Let me tempt you with some yummy-licous photos.

Drool away!

Really nice mini coconut drinks.

Candy that you normally find in stalls outside. Very yummy nonetheless.

Golden Ruby Durian.

BBQ Beef. Very very nice. You just take one of these pans and add in some sauce.
And put it on the small burner on your table.

And poof!! You've just cooked yourself dinner!

Soft Shell Crabs! Oooo.. Crabs with shells that you can eat?? Sign me up!!!

Some random but rather delicious looking photo.

Later on we discovered that we had used quite a bit of money on this dinner, so the waiter gave us some free vouchers to get some VIP only food from the buffet.

So, the 3 "C"s, Calvin, Cassie and Cynthia were appointed to go round searching for some good VIP food.

10 minutes later, Calvin came back looking really satisfied.

Their conversation went something like this :

Calvin (Looking really satisfied) : With great power comes great responsibility! (Talking about himself being appointed to pick the food)

.

.

*Long pause*

.

.

Wai Hong : You messed up didn't you?

*Pause*

Calvin : Yeahh...

LOL!!!!!

Super funny man.

Later on our GM gave us a great speech commenting on how well our department did throughout the year before we finally decided to leave the restaurant with a very full tummy.

It was a great time!!!

Something Funny

I was laughing by myself today at work when I read this.

Luckily my boss didn't see me.

Hope this brightens up your day!!!

50 Ways to Annoy People :

1. Specify that your drive-thru order is "to go."

2. If you have a glass eye, tap on it occasionally with your pen while talking to others.

3. Start each meal by conspicuously licking all your food, and announce that this is so no one will "swipe your grub."

4. Name your dog "Dog."

5. Insist on keeping your car windshield wipers running in all weather conditions "to keep them tuned up."

6. Reply to everything someone says with "that's what you think."

7. Claim that you must always wear a bicycle helmet as part of your "astronaut training."

8. Follow a few paces behind someone, spraying everything they touch with a can of Lysol.

9. Make beeping noises when a large person backs up. (LOL!!!!!!! *Beeeep Beep Beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep (Long pause) Boommmmmm..*

10. Do not add any inflection to the end of your sentences, producing awkward silences with the impression that you'll be saying more any moment.

11. Adjust the tint on your TV so that all the people are green, and insist to others that you "like it that way."

12. Tell 1-800 operators they sound gay and ask for a date.

13. Sew anti-theft detector strips into people's backpacks.

14. Hide dairy products in inaccessible places.

15. Order a side of pork rinds with your fillet mignon.

16. Change channels five minutes before the end of every show.

17. Tape pieces of "Sweating to the Oldies" over climatic parts of rental movies.

18. Decline to be seated at a restaurant, and simply eat their complimentary mints by the cash register.

19. Buy a large quantity of orange traffic cones and reroute whole streets.

20. Repeat everything someone says as a question.

21. Write "X - BURIED TREASURE" in random spots on all of someone's road maps.

22. Inform everyone you meet of your personal Kennedy assassination, UFO, and OJ Simpson conspiracy theories.

23. Repeat the following conversation a dozen times: "Do you hear that?", "What?", "Never mind, it's gone now."(Hahaha.. Kek Sei man..)

24. Light road flares on a birthday cake.

25. Wander around a restaurant, asking other diners for their parsley.

26. At the Laundromat, use one dryer for each of your socks.

27. Stand over someone's shoulder, mumbling as they read.

28. Ask people what gender they are.

29. Lick the filling out of all the Oreos, and place the cookie parts back in the tray.

30. While making presentations, occasionally bob your head like a parakeet.

31. Lie obviously about trivial things such as the time of day.

32. Leave your Christmas lights up and lit until September.

33. Change your name to "John Aaaaasmith" for the great glory of being first in the phone book. Claim it's a Hawaiian name, and demand that people pronounce each "a." (Lol..I like the last part.)

34. Sit in your front yard pointing a hair dryer at passing cars to see if they slow down.

35. Chew on pens that you've borrowed.

36. Wear a lot of cologne.

37. Listen to 33RPM records at 45RPM speed, and claim the faster speed is necessary because of your "superior mental processing."

38. Sing along at the opera. (Even if you don't know what they're singing.)

39. Mow your lawn with scissors.

40. At a golf tournament, chant "swing-batabatabata-suhwing-batter!"

41. Ask the waitress for an extra seat for your "imaginary friend."

42. Go to a poetry recital and ask why each poem doesn't rhyme.

43. Ask your co-workers mysterious questions and then scribble their answers in a notebook. Mutter something about "psychological profiles."

44. Select the same song on the jukebox fifty times.

45. Construct elaborate "crop circles" in your front lawn.

46. Make appointments for the 31st of September.

47. Invite lots of people to other people's parties.

48. Leave the copy machine set to reduce 200%, extra dark, 17 inch paper, 99 copies.

49. In the memo field of all your checks, write "for sensual massage."

50. Stomp on little plastic ketchup packets.

Something Random

Ok, here's something random..

My top 3 list of the hotest things on earth.

Number 3 :

Lana Lang from Smallville.

Tell me, who in the world doesn't love Lana? Name me one person.

Number 2 :

Kate from LOST.

(LOST rocks!!! But its on a break now....haihhh)

And last but not least .

.

.

.

.

.

Number 1 :

My new Toshiba Laptop!!!!

Yay!!

Finally, my long awaited new laptop..

After looking around Low Yat and Sungai Wang for weeks, I decided to go ahead and buy this model yesterday.

Don't you just love it!

Feel like staring at it the whole day long...

Its sooooooooo much faster than my old HP notebook.

Here's the specs,

Satellite M100-201E

Intel Centrino Core 2 Duo Processor T5500

1024 MB DDR2 SDRAM

100GB SATA HDD

DVD SuperMulti Double layer Drive

14.0' WXVGA 200NIT Clear Superview TFT display

ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 256MB Hyper Memory

Harman/Kardon speakers with SRS TruSurround Sound

Toshiba Spill Resistant Keyboard

2 Year International Warranty.

Quite a good deal.

They gave me a free RAM and Warranty upgrade. Which is really good because I multi-task alot and I'm gonna bring this notebook overseas.

And it even has a dedicated graphics card..

Cool....

Not that I'm gonna play that many games in University.

Nononoo....

Ok, now let me spend some time with my Lou-Poh..
